There are two categories of tuition fee at Oxford: fees payable to the University, and separate college fees that are payable by most students with college membership except full time undergraduates from the UK and other EU member states who are eligible to apply for public support. In addition, students should budget for their living expenses, including accommodation. Oxford aims to attract students of the highest calibre from all backgrounds, and is keen that candidates should not be put off applying or be unable to attend for financial reasons. College fees
Each college charges a fee that is separate from, and in addition to, the University fee. College fees are the responsibility of individual colleges. Information about college fees may be obtained from colleges themselves. Note that full time undergraduate students from the UK and other EU member states taking their first publicly funded course of Higher Education are not liable for college fees.
